Course description

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic stages of mechatronic product development from the concept to the real product.
After completing the course, students should have knowledge about:
  • the product concept and the market research,
  • business plan,
  • product design, production technology and realizability,
  • product marketing and project management,
  • assembly of the product and fitting of the components,
  • testing and validation,
  • diagnosis and exploitation,
  • production size and production profitable.
An example of the complex mechatronic product is a sport car (bolid) build by PolSl Racing Team (www.racing.polsl.pl)
